# Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard and express delivery options within Nepal. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the selected service. You can see the final costs at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website where you can monitor its progress.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Nepal. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the future!
# Payments & Orders
We accept a variety of payment methods including major digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti), mobile banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
# Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please visit our 'Returns Policy' page for full details.
To initiate a return, please log in to your Kafuche account, go to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' option. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
